The Curation Standard

Every residence in our collection is assessed remotely, before it is ever shown to a guest. We do the searching and the scrutiny, so you can simply arrive.

1. Verified reputation

Independent Google and TripAdvisor ratings, assessed against a minimum score and number of reviews. Thresholds are being finalised.

2. Credentials

Licences for accommodation, and the qualifications of any practitioners, therapists or chefs offered with the stay, checked against the documents each host provides.

3. Video walkthrough

A complete, unedited walkthrough of the residence and its wellness facilities, so what you see is what you receive.

4. Wellness setting

Restorative features such as a private pool, sauna, studio, garden or treatment space, alongside privacy, quiet, air and light.

5. Guest feedback

After every stay, verified guests report back. Residences must continue to meet the standard to remain in the collection.
